Warranty and Refund Policy

Contractor guarantees the installation of Siding, Windows, Doors, Roofing and Gutters against defects in installation for a period of five years. If a defect is found and brought to the attention of Contractor, the defect will be corrected by Contractor at Contractor’s expense within thirty calendar days. Buyer will have the workmanship warranty on property repair services for a period of one year. Buyer is entitled to request a full refund of the repair cost, if the repair was not successfully addressed within 3 repair attempts. If multiple problems were addressed, and some issues were fixed, while others remained, the weighted dollar value of the remaining problems will be returned to the customer upon request. Please email requests for a partial of full refund. Interior repair/painting projects are treated separately from exterior repairs. Exterior repairs are warrantied. But it is buyer’s responsibility to allow sufficient time to confirm that exterior repair was successful before ordering the interior work. Buyer will be responsible for subsequent costs of the interior repairs if exterior repairs were not successful or reoccurred after project completion. Subsequent interior repairs will be charged per occurrence and have no warranties. Please note that balance in full is due upon completion, unless specific financing arrangement have been made before starting the project. Project is considered completed if no requests for a comeback are made within 7 days. If for any reason the payment is not received in full within 15 business days after the completion all the warranties from DreamWorks Remodeling may be waived. Balances over 30 days will have 1.5% monthly fee plus late charge of 30$

1) How long have you been in business?

More than 8 years. We have easily passed the 3 year mark, when more than 80% of the new businesses fail.

 

2) Are you properly licensed and insured?

Yes. Copies of license and insurance are readily available from sales representatives.

 

3) Do you work with realtors?

Yes. We have a number of realtors and investors whom we help to maintain, update and prepare properties for sale if needed.

 

3) How long do I have to wait before you can start my project?

Most of the installation projects are started in 1-3 weeks, depending on weather, season, permits and materials

 

4) Do you provide any warranties?

Absolutely! Any service we do on your house has warranty. Products and warranties vary. Please ask your sales representative for more information.

 

5) Which areas do you serve?

Our coverage area has about 20-30 mile radius from Trenton, NJ.

 

6) Do you provide emergency repairs?

Yes. We provide roof and siding repairs.

 

7) Do you work on commercial properties?

Rarely. We specialize in residential work.

 

8)  Do you do bathroom or kitchen work?

Not yet. But it is in our plans.
